My dear Miss Madley:
I am enclosing my eye examination, dentist report and
immunization record. Also, I am sending one passport picture
uniforms. Please send my uniforms to my home at 40 liestminster
employjent application, field voucher and my measurements for
Ave., Arlington, Mass.
I should like my salary paid to the Arlington Five Cent Savings Bank,
Arlington Heights, Mass. as I have a joint account in this bank with
Mary M. Evans, my mother.
The T information regarding uniforms and personal clothing seems
very should I plan to bring my own towels and face clothes? Also,
complete and explanatory, however, one small item has occured should -
I expect the salary of $80 a month as statedon the information sheet
that was sent out November 26, 1940?
