My dear Miss Fitch:
Since making our first arrangements for you the salary
for general staff nursing has been changed from $90 to $110
a month. This also includes room, two meals a day and laundrying
of uniforms. On the basis of this salary we thought you might
want to bhange your disposition of salary form. We are en-
closing a new form for you to fill out and return airmail as
soon as possible.
