We have been advised of your willingness to serve as
Chairman of our Indianapolis, Indiana Local Committee on Red Cross
Nursing Service and are indeed glad to know that you are available
for this service. We take pleasure in hereby appointing you Chairman
of the Indianapolis Local Committee, in accordance with the rules
governing Local Committees as set forth on pages 6,7,8 and 9 of the
enclosed pamphlet, A.R.C. 710.
For your information, may we state that the other nurses
serving on the Indianapolis Local Committee are as follows:
