My dear Miss Breithwaite:
Enclosed find application blank from Miss Ina M. Gaskill, of
Indianapolis, Indiana; also find a brief history of her nursing
experience from the time when she graduated from the School for
Nursing at the Jos. Eastman Hospital, Indianapolis.
I appreciate the fact that there may be one or two points where
it night seem Miss Gaskill doos not measure up nor present the
proper credentials, but if you can see your way clear to admit
Miss Gaskill for membership in the N. 0. P. H. N., I personally
would be very appreciative of the action taken,
