My dear Mrs. Godley: In the interest of maintaining an active enrollment, our Red Cross Nurges are now classified into three reserves, as explained on page 10 of ARO 703, as follows: "First Reserve: Nurses under 40 years of age, un- married, widowed or divorced, physically fit and available for all types of service, including military duty. Second Reserve: Nurses over 40 years of age, or married, but still active and available for all types of service except military duty. Third Reserve: Nurses no longer able to carry on any type of Red Cross service for the reason that they are physically disqualified.
