#21,979 Grey Sara In Mrs. Annie Gray, Domedale, Moy, County Tyrone, November 22, 1920. Ireland. My dear Mrs. Gray:- We are endeavoring to readjust our files at American Red Cross National Headquarters, following the world war, and find a memorandun on file with the papers of your daughter, Miss Sara M. Gray, American Red Cross Nurse No. 21,979, showing that she was released from active service under the Red Cross in June 1919 and went to her home in Ireland. We are anxious to know whether or not Miss Gray is still in Ireland, and if this is the case, will you hand her this communication with the request that she write Red Cross Headquarters. In the event Miss Gray has returned to the United States, will you not be /good enough to send us her present post office address so that we may have it for our files. If your daughter is still in Ireland, we will be interested to know whether it is her intention to remain there indefinitely, or whether she expects to return to the United States in the near future. We will indeed appreciate it if you will send us this information and thank you in advance for your courtesy, Very truly yours, Director-Department of Nursing. MD:JF
