I a a a is M ary March 25, 1937 D Miss Mary Alice Harris - Grenshaw County Health Unit Luzerne, Alabama My dear Niss Harris: We have received your letter and are always delighted to find an enrolled Red Cross nurse who is interested in keeping tap her records. You have filed your 1936 annual address questionnaire and we wonder if you have not yet received your questionnaire from the Committee in Montgomery. If you have changed your address since your last questionnaire was filed and have not notified Miss Charlie Mae Ham, 5231 Adans Avenue, Montgomery, the Secretary of the Committee, it is possible that the questionnaire for 1937 was sent to the wrong address, or another possibility is that Miss Han has not yet sent out her questionnaires for 1937. Sometimes the Committees do not send them until March or April, though we advise that they begin sending them out early in the year. You are still located in the territory of our Montgomery Local Committee and we will be very glad to advise Miss Ham of your change of address, asking her to be sure to send you a questionnaire for completion for this year. I am very glad to refer the second paragraph of your letter to Miss Eugenia Klinefelter, Assistant to the Director, Public Health Nursing and Home Hygiene and Care of the Sick, in order that she may send you information regarding the instruction of our classes in Home Hygiene and Care of the Sick. Wie are glad that you are interested in this educational service of the American Red Cross. With best wishes, 6 Sincerely yours, 2 Ida F. Butler U Director of Nursing IFB:SD J
