Re: Helen Scott Hay.
My dear Miss Noyes:
Mrs. Elizabeth Woodruff, the sister of Helen Scott Hay, has
asked me to reply to your letter to her of recent date in which you have
kindly reported to her the activities of the Bulgarian associates of Miss
Hay. Mrs. Woodruff and all the members of the family are deeply grateful
to you for your many courtesies and for the deep interest which you have
manifested in Miss Hay. I am Mrs. Woodruff's son-in-law, and the attorney
representing the administrator of Miss Hay's estate. The administrator is
the First National Bank, of Savanna, Illinois.
(The remainder of this letter concerns Miss Hay's will)
Very truly yours,
MFB:EJD
Marvin F. Burt. (s.)
