I a I e - From 322 THE AMERICAN RED CROSS en NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS S To Mr. F. J. Mulhall. Date November 1, 1927. C 0 From Miss Clara D. Noyes. Subject The attached personal letter from Miss Helen Scott Hay, whom I saw in Milwaukee, while largely personal in its nature refers to the Travelers Insurance Company. Can you explain their attitude? Certainly Miss Hay is far from well, and while in Milwaukee made an attempt to attend one of the meetings and became ill, and had to go to bed for twenty-four hours. There seems no question, whatsoever, of her present impaired physical condition. Please return Miss Hay's letter so that I may acknowledge same. Clara whored N.H haveeus Every 6 mo. Ngtional Director, Nursing Service. 2 8 C N
