My dear Mrs. Walker:
In reply to your letter of April first, may I

inform you-that Mrs. Charlotte M. Heilman is now Director of
Nursing Activities, Dominican Chapter, American Red Cross, Santo
Domingo City, D. R.
In July, 1923, the American Red Cross liquidated
its affairs in Greece and closed its Commission there, the emergent
situation having come to an end,
