I mist confess that I have terrible pangs
of homesickness for my beloved Greece and my
"girls :
Please remember that if anything
is done for Greece or that part of the country
and it is at al possible for the ARC to
send me, I want very much to return. If Mr.
Venezelos is able to do anything to bring
about order,there are many things which I
would have hopes of accomplishing in Greece.

I did not tell you that I had the offer o
of a position as Hospital Supt. (of Nurses)
in Athens before I came away, but I knew that
I could not get ahead with the political affer
fairs in such a state. Furthermore, I did
not feel competent to undertake a Training sh
School without first having some up to date
experience in America to" "brush up" a bit.
I hope your Christmas has been a happy
one, and I wish you all that you desire for
the New Year.

P.S. I was interested to read in the Nov. 24
Courier, page 6 a report of some work of
my cousin, Mrs. Ressie Wetzel Faris, also a
Rd. Cross Nurse, who is living in Richmond.
