My dear Miss Robinson:

On February 8, 1937, we sent you
a Red Cross Nurse's cape which we trust has reached
you safely. Kindly fill in the enclosed card and return

it to this office at your earliest convenience.
We have endeavored to issue you the cape
in good condition. We must call to your attention that it
is at all times the property of the American Red Cross, and
you are requested to guard it carefully and protect it against
improper usage. It is not transferable, and under no circum-
stances must it be loaned.
If you wear the cape for some months,
when you are released from service we hope that you will
have it cleaned, repaired, and returned to this office in
good condition. We shall greatly appreciate your coopera-
tion in this matter.
