engraved vith our enroliment number 1236. Will you please
acknowledge receipt of it on the postal card enclosed, re-
turning the card at your earliest convenience.
In the event that you should recover your lost badge,
kindly return it to this office, esta Red Cross nurse should
have only one badge in her possession.
