Before Appointment.
Check.
1. Make out Form 844 and check and file
Recommendations:
2. Start enrolling nurse
3. Get credentials of qualifications
When Appointed.
4. Check Form 844.
5. Enter nurse's name on Form 847
6. Send data regarding uniform, loan cupboard,
bag, etc., to nurse
7. Send Form 843 to Headquarters
8. Enter nurse's name on mailing list
When Terminating Service.
9. Check Form 844
10. Remove nurse's name from Form 847
11. Remove nurse's name from mailing list
12. Send Form 843 to Headquarters
13. Send Form 852 to Headquarters
