AMCROSS
American Nurses Association requesting that Audrey Holt
represent them UNO General Assembly attending conferences open to
her and contacting liaison officers. If she willing and you can spare
her for attendance at selected meetings we approve. She can secure
official designation from Francis Russel Public Liaison Officer US
State Department 20 Grosvenor Square. If you can approve this
proposal it should be understood she is not representing American
Red Cross and should not wear Red Cross identification. Cable
action taken.
