Mr. M. S. Breckenridge, Asst. To Counsel, Department of Personnel, A.R.C.
Washington, D. C.
From Miss Florence M. Johnson, Director, Nursing Service, Atlantic Division.
Subject
We are unable to find the form 200 application of Mary T.
Beulshausen which you state was not returned to you with
the National Commercial Agency Report. Our records show
that this was return with the report on the 18th of October.
You further stated that this application is desired for your
records before passing the case to the War Department. There
must be some misunderstanding here for Miss Beulshausen has
already been notified that her papers had been cleared by
the War Department and has received a date to report at the
Branch Office of National Headquarters here in New York.
