My dear Miss Jacobsen:
will you kindly let us know which is the
correct way to spell your name, "Jacobsen" or "Jacobson"? On
your application for enrollment in the Red Cross it is spelled
with an "o", but the name of your nearest relative is spelled with
an "e" and the Athantic Division spelled it wi th an "e" when they
reported your assignment as Red Cross Public Health Nurse to
Jeanette, Pa.
In order that we may straighten out our files
we shall appreciate hearing from you promptly.
