South Bend, Ind.
My dear Miss Horst:-
We have had in this office for some time the applica-
tion of Josephine Jokaitis, a native of Poland, whose papers was for-
warded by your committee in 1917.
She states that she is a citizen of the United States.
If this is so, and she can forward a copy of her citizenship papers or
her fathers papers, she might be considered for enrollment.
The address she gave was 573 Virginia St., Gary, Ind-
iana, and it would be also necessary for her physical blank.
