Pvt. Co. C. 310th Inf.
Transi Machine Gun Co.
310th Inf.
Enl: April 3, 1918, Rochester
Dis: May 29, 1919
Wounded at Bois des Loges
Oct. 19, 1918
Upon receipt of the attached letter and knowing that
we could not locate the nurse referred to in our files, we
called the Army Nurse Corps and asked them to look up the
roster of nurses on duty at Base Hospital No. 1, Neuilly-sur-
LeSeine, France. In looking up this list the Army Nurse Corps
found only one nurse listed as night nurse. The person to whom
we refer was night supervisor and we are glad to give you her
name and present address, she may remember the claimant -
Miss Blenche H. Kacena
216 South Kingshighway
St. Louis, Missouri
In looking over her records we find that she was with
the American Hospital in France and was on duty there from 1917
to January 9, 1919. We hope you will be able to obtain the informa-
tion you desire through her.
