Dorrington: lie are indeed sorry to find that up to this time we have not heard from you in reply to our letter of July 19, 1932 additional data regarding the death. of Mrs. Lucy A. Keenan, requesting her permanent records you as a Red Cross nurse. in order feel reasonably returned to complete who named as her nearest friend, sure our letter reached you inasmuch as it was never to this office for better address and as wé believe that it has just slipped your attention, we are taking the liberty of writing you again. As previously explained, Mrs. Keenan's Red Cross en/ rollment records will be retained on file permanently here at National Headquarters and we are, of course, anxious to have them as complete as possible. Will you not be good enough to send us the cause of Mrs. Keenan's death and any additional information which you would like to have. become a part of our permanent files. Also, if you have in your possession Mrs. Keenan's en- rollment credentials as a Red Cross nurse - her appointment card and badge, number 2359, we will very greatly appreciate their return to this office when they will also become a part of her permanent records. Let us again assure you of our very sincere sympathy in your great loss and express our hope that you will cooperate with us in completing Mrs. Keenan's Red Cross records.
