I, the undersigned, an applicant for a passport to
enable me to go to XXRRKE under the auspices of the SIBERIA
American Red Cross, solemnly swear that I have no near
male relatives serving in the armed forces of the
United States or serving in XXXXXX in a civilian
SIBERIA
capacity attached to the American Expeditionary Forces
or to a relief or hospital organization, except a
brother who is serving in the army
SIBERIA
I further solemnly swear that I am going to xFxxxa4xcxex solely
as a Red Cross worker; that I will make no effort to
visit my brother Franca under any conditions, and
that it is not my intention to marry an officer or
soldier in the American Expeditionary Forces after my
arrival in ******* SIBERIA.
