On December 29th we wrote you referring you to Dr. William
H. Algie for your physical examination for the Hawaiian Nursing Service.
However, we recently received word from his office that Dr. Algie is
now in Navy Service. Therefore, we would like to refor you to Dr.
Fred E. Angle, who is in the same suite of offices at 1200 Huron Bldg.,
Kansas City, Kansas. We shall write to Dr. Angle esking nim to do the
physical, and telling him that you will get in touch with him for an
appointment.
