attas a S November 7, 1938 Miss -illian Viola Latus Memorial Hospital Cumberland, Maryland My dear Miss Latus: We are very glad to receive your letter advising us of your present location as we find that we have not heard from you since 1936. As you know, we ask each member of our enrollment to fill in an address questionnaire form annually juit for the purpose of keeping her records up to date and active and we are pleased to send you one of these forms at this time with the request that you complete and return it for our files at your very earliest opportunity. Upon its receipt we will see to it that your committee enrollment record is transferred to our Maryland State and Local Committee in the territory of which you are now located and of which - Miss Helen E. Shearston, Baltimore City Hospitals, Baltimore, is Secretary. Wie hope that in the future you will always remember to promptly notify us of changes in your address so your records may be kept up to date and you may be numbered among our Red Cross nurses in good standing.
