Catalina Street, Hollywood, California, we will ask
you to kindly forward her records to the Pacific
Branch office for transfer to the proper California
Committee. You may find this nurse listed on your
records under the name of "Yrilk" as this is the name
under which we have been carrying her until the receipt
of a letter a few days ago telling us that the correct
spelling of her name is "Grilk". We will await advice
of this transfer from Miss Ledyard.
