Williamson County Health Department - Franklin, Tennessee
"You may be surprised to hear from me at this time, however,
I am making a change in my work again and I wanted to contact you before
making a definite decision.
I have not received the usual annual formfrom Headquarters
to be filled in for current address. From the present war crises and
reports you may be needing to recruit nurses and if I can be of service
I shall be glad to do my bit.'

May I hear from you at your earliest convenince? I
will
be leaving in ten days for my vacation and will spend the time with my
family at Moravian Falls, N. c."
