My dear Miss Laxton:
The Kentucky State Nurses' Association has
advised us of your willingness to serve as a member of our
Kentucky State Committee and recommends your appointment.
We are very glad to know that you are avail-
able for this service and take pleasure in hereby appointing
you a member of the Kentucky State Committee on Red Cross
made Nursing in Service accordance for and Committees we call
the coming year. This appointment is
with the rules governing our as
set forth in the enclosed pamphlet, ARC 710 your
special attention to the paragraphs regarding State Committees
as found on pages 5 and 6.
