Please\nacknowledge receipt of these credentials by RETURN MAIL on the enclosed postal\ncard giving your badge number for verification.\nRead the enclosures carefully and observe all instructions.\nWe are confident that you appreciate the great privilege of serving\nas an American Red Cross nurse and the obligation of always maintaining high\nstandards of nursing.\nBecause of the EMERGENCY NATURE of the work of the Red Cross Nursing\nService, it is IMPERATIVE that you INFORM US AT ONCE of any condition which\nmay affect your status such as CHANGE OF ADDRESS, MARITAL STATUS, or PHYSICAL\nCONDITION, and that you ANSWER IMMEDIATELY ALL COMMUNICATIONS from HEADQUARTERS,\nyour LOCAL COMMITTEE or the ARMY or NAVY.\nEach year you will receive a questionnaire from the Red Cross Nursing\nService.
