July 19, 1938 Miss Genevieve LePrestre 118 N.W. 22nd Place Portland, Oregon My dear Miss LePrestret The Oregon State Nurses' Association has advised us of your willingness to continue service as a member of our Oregon State and Local Committee and recommends your reappointment. We are very glad to know that you are available for this service and take pleasure in informing you that you are hereby appointed a member of the Oregon State and Local Committee on Red Gross Nursing Service for the coming year. This appoint- ment is made in accordance with the rules governing such Committees, a copy of which is enclosed. We are also enclosing a copy of our pamphlet, ARC 703, which sets forth the requirements for enrollment. This may be of assistance to you in giving informatio to nurses whom you may be able to interest in applying for enrollment. For your information, may We state that the officers of the Oregon State and Local Committee are as follows: Miss Elsie C. Witchen, Chairman 605 Woodlark bldg., Portland Miss Lucile M.
