My dear Mrs. Long:
We are enclosing a duplicate Red Cross nurse's bédge engraved
with your enrollment number HD 1466. will you please acknowledge receipt
of it on the postal card enclosed, returning the card at your earliest
convenience.
In the event that you should recover your lost badge, kindly
return it to this office, as a Red Cross nurse should have only one
badge in her possession.
