My dear Miss Quereao:

We appreciate very nuch having Miss MacDonald continue with us
until October 15. She has shared your letters with me and we are there-
fore making plans to release her on the new date to come to you.
Miss MacDonald's ability to put things into words on paper is
usually good and I em sure your organization brings out as ours does how
few people there are who can do this. I an sure we have put her through
some paces on this so I can add as well that she can take the knocks and
make the 101 revisions which are so often necessary in preparing material.
