gide December 16, 1943 Miss Gertrude Madley Herman Kiefer Hospital Detroit, Michigan My dear Miss Madley: I am ashamed to think that I have not answered the request in your letter of September 15. The letter being on personal stationary was with my personal things and I had intended to ask you when I went through Detroit, the time I was unable to get in touch with you, just how to address this communication. I hope this will give you the infor- mation you need. I am enclosing an extra copy for you and hope it is not too late. Sincerely yours, Virginia M. Dunbar Assistant Director VMD:SJS Nursing Service Encl.
