Mansfield et 1739 Eye Street Washington, D. c. ni ce My dear Miss Mansfield: I The Graduate Nurses' Association of the District of Columbia has just advised us of your willingness to continue service as a member of our District of Columbia Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service and recommends your reappointment. We are very glad to know that you are available for this service and take great pleasure in informing you that you are hereby reappointed a member of the District of Columbia Committee for the coming year. As you know, this appointment is made in accordance with the rules governing such Committees as set forth in the enclosed copy of our pamphlet, A.R.C. 710. We are also tsking this opportunity to send you a copy of our pamphlet, A.R.C. 703, recently revised, setting forth the requirements for enrollment in the Red Cross Nur ing Service, feeling that it may be help- ful to you in giving others information regarding enrollment.
