My dear Miss Mansfield:
Your letter has recently been received
together with your Red Cross Badge and 1 have gone over our files
carefully again but do not find your name amougt our list of en-
rolled nurse. I am enclosing with this an application blank,
circular of information and filing card. If you will kindly fill
these out and return to this office I will take up the matter of
re-enrollment, giving you the same badge number.
