letter of the 23d is received, but I regret to say that lost the
dollar was 1 not Your enclosed. I hope you omitted to send it, and it is not on
the way.
I am sending you as per your request a circular giving information disabled
in regard sailors and marines who have been discharged from the service,
to the Marine Hospital Service. These hospitals care for but
soldiers, still eligible for care under the War Risk Insurance Act. They work care in- for
who general are diseases, including venereal and tuberculosis casese If this
terests you we shall be glad to hear from youe
