My dear Miss MeNomara:
We are in receipt of your recent letter advising us that
Dr. white is now in service. Therefore, we would like to refer you
to Dr. Louis L. l'orkel, 2801 hudson Boulevard, Jersey City, New
Jersey, for your physical exanination. We will communico Le with Dr.
Perkel and send the report form to him. will you please, then, upon
receipt of tils letter, get in touch with Dr. Perkel for an appoint-
ment.
wie have also been in touch with Miss Daven and hope that
she will also qualify for en appointment. We shall keep in mind that
the two of you wish to be assigned together, and am quite sure that
this can be arranged.
