Dear Miss Dunbar:
I have delayed in acknowledging the receipt of your
letter of February 27 with regard to Miss McNeil with the
hope that we could work out some plan whereby we could be of
assistance to you. I fear, however, that such is not the
case. Miss McNeil is quite by herself here at the School
since Miss Herringshaw has been assisting Dr. Sinai in
field studies of the EMIC program. If Miss McNoil were to
leave us for even such a short period as six or eight months,
we would have to discontinue all of our work in the field of
public health nursing, and this would not be in keeping with
commitments which we have already made to our students.
Cordially yours
Henry F. Vaughan, Dr.P.H.
