My dear Miss McNeil:
The Pennsylvania State Nurses Association has just advised us
of your willingness to serve as Chairman of our Pennsylvania State Committee
on Red Cross Nursing Service and recommends your appointment.
We are very glad to know that you are available for this ser-
vice and take pleasure in hereby appointing you Chairman of the Pennsylvania
State Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service for the coming year. This appoint-
ment is made in accordance with the rules governing our Committees on Red Cross
Nursing Service as set forth in the enclosed pamphlet, A.R.C. 710 and we call
your special attention to the paragraphs regarding State Committees as found
on pages 5 and 6.
For your information, may we state that the other nurses being
appointed on the Pennsylvania State Committee today are as follows:
