Miss Nora Melton consulted me sometime during the summer of
1919 and in September I did a Sub-mucus re-section of the nasal
septum and removed some polyps from the ethmoid region. She was
partially incapacitated at this time on account of the nasal con-
dition and also on account of partial deafness in the left ear. I
treated her until June 1920 and again from October 1921 to February
1922.
