My dear Miss Noyes:
I have your letter of January tenth relative to a
photograph. There was no clipping enclosed, but I imagine
the photograph was the one which was published in the
Courier with the other nurses in the Government Service, and
that is the best photograph that I have and the one which I
always use myself.
