6.
After having served for 2 meriod of one year B is entitled to
receive from ARC transportation to his for her) home town with the
following conditions :
A.
Transportation from Vladivostok to any port of
the U.S.A. designated by ARC , by Army Transport
to be arranged by ARC, but if for any reason such
Army Transport facilities cannot be obtained
the ARC may arrange for B's passage on any
regular passenger steamer.
B.
The standard charge for board made by the transport
viz: $1.00 per day, to be paid by ARC.
C.
ordinary railway fare from port of landing to
town will be paid by ARC, who will also make
allowance of $4.00 perday for food and
incidentals , for a period of
days
being normal time for the railway journey.
7. If B does not perform his ( or her) duties in a manner satisfact-
-ory to ARC they have right to terminate this agreement forwith.,
but in this instance they shall still be liable for payment of
:
transportation but shall not be liable for clothing allowance
unless the period of six months from date of contract to date of
discharge shall have already clansed. Such instance of desire to
terminate contract shall be served by ARC one calender month before
they desire it to go into effect, reserving to themselves the
alternative of immediate discharge by payment of one month's salary
in lieu of notice.
8.
Should B be guilty of conduct which is decided by a court of
his (or her) superior officers to be unbecomeing to that of an
officer of the ARC g the ARC shall have the power to discharge him
for her) forthwith and in this instance they shall not be liable
for clothing allowance unless the period of six months, already
mentioned , has expired.
9.
B engages on his ( or her) departure from ARC 9 excent in all
cases of honorable discharge 9 to return to them all ARC insignia

letters of indentification, together with any other letters or
documents proving his for her) having been connected with the ARC.
