Miss Bruner was a member of Navy Base Hospital No. 2, and
is very highly recommended by her Chief Nurse. From personal interviews with
the applicant, and also from a conversation I had with Miss Hogue, who was Chief
Nurse of N.B. Hospital No. 2, regarding her, I feel that Miss Bruner will be an
admirable addition to the Siberian Unit and am very glad to recommend her for
foreign service.
I have not asked Miss Bruner to obtain an application for
passport, but will do so upon receipt of your advice.
