Ed-42 Herewith the completed Loyalty papers in the case of Hazel Gertrude Bruner, No. 8,344, as follows: Form 600 - Top Sheet (in duplicate) " 200 - Original, triplicate, quadruplicate and quintuplicate copies " 596 - Physical Report " 603 - Agency Reference 11 599 - Confidential Reference (2) Three letters of reference Two copies of Male Relative Affidavit (Certificate of Immunity will be sent you later) Miss Bruner was a member of Navy Base Hospital No. 2, and is very highly recommended by her Chief Nurse. From personal interviews with the applicant, and also from a conversation I had with Miss Hogue, who was Chief Nurse of N.B. Hospital No. 2, regarding her, I feel that Miss Bruner will be an admirable addition to the Siberian Unit and am very glad to recommend her for foreign service.
