Remarks. Please state any or reputed facts favorable or unfavorable as affecting the loyalty, integrity and character of the applicant Applicant comes of a good family in the central part of the state. She has had an excellent course in nursing in one of the best hospitals in San Francisco and besides being a thoroughly competent nurse she has had special training in a unit which went to Scotland last year which fibs her for the work applied for in Siberia in a hi gh degree.
