Extract from ter to Miss Fox from Agnes Daspit.

Many thanks for the information regarding Miss Nelson and copies of letters
sent to the State Directors . I assure you I am delighted that we will have Miss Nelson
here the Lst of September and will do all in mv power to help her make this Division a
success. You know what an uncertain time we have had for the last year and you can ap-
preciate ,how just the thought of having a Public Health Director is resting me.
I only regret that we will not be moved into our new quarters before Miss
Nelson reaches here and that she will have to be in this upset Department , but as we move
the Ist of October she will not have long to stand it.
Hope she will be successful in getting some nurses for the South as we are so bad
-ly in need of them.
