NEW ENGLAND DIVISION.
Mr. Arthur G. Rotch, Manager.
DEcember 20, 1921.
Miss Clara D. Noyes.
A letter from Miss Nelson today informs me that she
is obliged to undergo an operation. She feels that Miss Wildes
and Miss Camboon, although newly appointed, will be able to
carry the office work. Perhaps this is true, but nevertheless I
feel some concern of course for Miss Nelson, and perhaps some
also regarding the nursing affairs in the Division, during her
absence.
May I ask if she is having sick leave, with pay?
She will unquestionably be at considerable expense while this do
is everything possible to make this enforced absence and illness
being done. I know that you and her office staff will
as easy as possible for her. If I can be of any assistance the ase
do not hesitate to call upon me.
Very truly yours,
Director - Nursing Service.
