Now that some of your credentials have been returned we are
in a position to definitely consider your-applicition for civilian
nursing service in Hawaii, Youx appointment depends, of course, upon
your present physical Cathess for foreign service. Therefore, I am
referring you 30 Dr. william Sullivin Hori, 650 Fifth Avenue, Fort vorth,
Texes, for this physicil examination. We are also commicating with
Dr. forn, advising him that you will report within a snort time. (will
you please, therefore, take the responsibility of getting in touch with
Dr. Horn upon receipt of this letter, to moke an appointment. Dr. Horn
has been advised that the American Red Cross will assumo whatever expense
is involved for tite examination. Your teeth shoula be \in goou condition
so that you will not be in need of any immediate dental wozic.
As goon 8.8 the report of your physicol azamination has been
returned to this office, we will advise you of the decision of our Re
Cross medie 1 examiner concerning your physic 1 fitness for service.
