In the interest of maintaining an active enrollment our Red
e
Cross nurses are now classified into first, second, and third reserves,
as described on page 11 of the enclosed pamphlet, ARC 703.
We sincerely regret that since we have not received an address
questionnaire from you in the past two years, you have become subject to
classification in the third reserve. However, we hesi tate to transfer
your records to the inactive fites because you are a young nurse and no
doubt are active in the profession. We should like to give you another
opportunity to bring your enrollment records up to date by completing
the enclosed questionnaire, but if we fail to hear from you within the
next 30 days, we shall have to assume that you wish to be classified in
the inactive status.
We shall hope to hear from you in the near future.
Sincerely yours,
pasi
Mary Beard
Director of Nursing
