Relative to miss Rittenhouse's work in the L.C.N.S. COPY Purchase, N. Y., April 8th , 1918. Dear Miss Clement: Replying to your letter regarding Miss Rittenhouse resignation, we found that her work was not satisfactory and she was making a great deal of trouble with the Directors of the Community House with whom she lived. Our community is very small, and if the people who work there, do not do so in harmony, their usefulness is over. Very truly yours, signed) Sara C. Chisholm, Secretary.
