Henry advising us of the changes in the personnel of the Grand Rapids, Michigan, Local Committee as recommended by them recently. The enclosed copy of our reply to Miss Henry is self=explanatory+ We are delighted that the Committee has recommended you for reappointment es its Chairman for the next three years and we shall ask you to consider this letter as your official reauthorization. Enclosed is a list of the complete present membership of the Grand Rapids Local Committee as we are carry- ing it in our files.
