EDUCATION: 1. General impression made; effort to secure further education. Good fundamental education. 2. Character of: (a) Conversation. (b) Written work. (c) Public speaking. a. Clear and definite b. Well organized reports. C. Not observed - tox large group. II. ORGANIZATION ABILITY: (1) Enthusiasm. (2) Vision. (3) Resourcefulness, (4) Executive ability. (5) Approach 1. Agreed on all points of previous report. III. ATTITUDE TOWARD: 1. Nursing Representative - welcomes visit, talks over problems and details of program, records, etc. 2. American Red Cross - loyal 3. Local Chapter Committee and volunteers - seems to have fine attitude. 4. Patients - Understanding - fine with children. 5. Medical profession - Appears to have a high regard for doctors and to be careful in observing ethics. 6. Home Hygiene students - Did not visit class but has interested attitude. 7. Teaching staff in. schools - Finest spirit of cooperation with 'Sisters, having group meetings in every school. 8. Fellow Red Cross workers 9. Other Agencies - Attends meetings- social worke rs Club and group meeting of all City Public Health Nurses. 10. Community - Tries to understand all the problems and adapt herself to situation. IV. PROFESSIONAL TECHNIQUE: (1) Bedside. (2) School. (3) Family case work. 1. Not dbserved - no bedside work in program 2. Spent two days in schools with nurse - methodical- careful about every detail of technique- vision testing especially well done. 3. Has good understanding of social problems and cooperates with agencies.
