My dear Miss Noyes :
In the absence of Mrs. Scott from the office on vacation, we wish to
acknowledge the receipt of your letter of August 14th, relative to
Mrs. Scott's enrollment record card which was sent to the local Com-
mittee on Red Cross Nursing, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Your letter will be referred to Mrs. Scott when she returns to the
office, and we know that she will be glad to comply with your suggestion
relative to the 1936 Red Cross questionnaire.
